Fantasya® is a team of passionate curators and designers making our dream of selling cool stuff come true <3

Shipping info

We use secure and fast tracked shipping all over the world.

We're shipping from United States, Europe, Japan, Australia, Canada... Your order always will be shipped from the nearest warehouse based on the address you provided.

Normally orders arrive within 2, 5 or 7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once the order is shipped!

You're absolutely free to contact us to review the status of your order :)

Refunds

If you receive a defective product or the wrong size for your order, you will receive the correct one/be refunded :)

If the package is lost in transit you will be refunded or we will send you the same item/s again.

Returns

All sales are final, but if there is an issue or concern with a product, please contact us.

If you want to return an item for a size swap/refund, please reach out to info@fantasya.co (we will tell you the addresses of our different warehouses)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Take note that you will have to pay for the return shipping and the shipping fee of the replacement for size swap requests.
